Staff and Volunteers

The Management Committee (Board of Trustees) has legal and financial responsibility for the organisation. 

ALM Staff

ALM is run by 4 full time and 5 part-time staff  supported by around 100 volunteers.

ALM has a team of  dedicated volunteers from a wide range of backgrounds, many of whom are refugees and asylum seekers. They perform a range of roles within our projects to support and improve the lives of asylum seekers and  refugees, enabling them to integrate and participate in UK society.

We also have students on Social Work placements from John Moore’s, Edge Hill, Hope, Chester and other Universities.
